炭黑和白炭黑（沉淀法，气相法）都是橡胶常用的补强剂，通常需要添加很高的填充计

量以提高橡胶的如强伸性能。然而以上填料都具有非常高的比表面积，初级颗粒之间总是存在化学键连接而形成聚集体如图1 所示，在实际生产过程中无法被分散成初级颗粒。这种聚集体结构的存在一方面提供了橡胶的强度，但是另一方面却限制了胶料加工性能，大量聚集体之间的内摩擦也会提高生热，并影响一些成品的动态性能如疲劳寿命。

**近有一种通过高温气相法制造的特种白炭黑R300,平均粒度150nm,比表面积约

20m2/g(BET)。同传统填充剂如白炭黑以及炭黑相比， R300 初级颗粒较大，颗粒之间的接

触面积较小，其TEM 照片见如图2 所示，颗粒之间主要通过比较弱的范德华力而非较强的化学键连接，因而非常容易分散，其在胶料中的分散情况TEM 照片见如图3 所示，此外，R300 的化学活性很低，不需要添加硅烷偶联剂。本篇文章主要研究将R300 以适量的比例与补强剂并用于天然橡胶，以摸索这种易分散、低活性的材料对橡胶性能影响的规律。 旧芯轴埃肯光滑剂颗粒之间主要通过比较弱的范德华力而非较强的化学键连接，因而非常容易分散。

Sidistar R300&R320&R320U是采用独特工艺生产的二氧化硅无机材料，外观呈灰色或灰白色，无定型球状结构，平均粒子大小在150Nm，由于这种结构Sidistar呈现了与普通白炭黑截然不同的用途：Sidistar可被分散为初级形态的亚微米级球形结构在体系中通过其特有的滚珠效应从而有效减少内摩擦，改善胶料流动性和填料分散性能，同时可以维持甚至改善硬度、拉伸/撕裂强度等硫化胶性能。当 SIDISTAR 用量增加, 能够有效提高硫化制品耐疲劳性能。

用途: 提高短纤维分散速率和效果

推荐应用: 短纤维补强制品

用法: 5-8 phr

阻燃协效剂:

用途: 因其独特的”滚珠效应”以及”硅- - 铝协效作用”, 能够与 ATH 协

同作用在燃烧时形成一层牢固的炭层, 阻止空气中的氧继续深入到内部阻止空

气中的氧继续深入到内部, 因而可以降低第二个放热峰, 降低烟密度, 有效改

善阻燃性能. 推荐使用C含量更低的 R320.
